StudioMD was approached by developer/designer Marc Canadell in order to prepare a feasibility study and conceptual proposals to renovate an existing house from the 50's.
Over the course of three years SMD secured building permits and provided architectural work for the several iterations, the pool and deck areas and assisted on the interior design of this house that totals 8, 500 sf comprising 5 bedrooms, 8 baths, public areas, separate studio and a 3 car garage.
