Mar Vista, CA
Located in the Mar Vista neighborhood and with unobstructed views of the LA basin, this single family residence maximizes the square footage as required by the client whilst providing a sense of openness and connection with the outdoors. The extensive program is resolved with an L configuration that opens to the outdoor deck and pool areas.
The spatial organization is articulated with different ceiling heights and split levels that lead to a roof deck and a stairs/sitting area before reaching an expansive roof deck for entertainment that enjoys views of the city and the nearby tree canopies.
