Studio MD, in collaboration with Alan Khedari, developed the design of this luxury residence based on the existing foundations of an unfinished mediterranean style building that was stopped in 2009. Studio MD prepared an extensive feasibility analysis of both the existing improvements and proposed design in order to confirm compliance with current regulations.
With a total square footage of more than 15,000 sf (including the accessory structures) the new design maximizes the use of the site and the views of the nearby golf course and Century City.
